KSA assists children's hospitals and pediatric providers across North America in strategy, facility planning, and information technology planning. From freestanding institutions to children's services or hospitals "within a hospital" of all sizes and affiliations, we understand how leading programs for children are developed across a range of settings, and are well aware of the physician and institutional resources needed to make them successful. Our work includes the creative, yet pragmatic, re-evaluation of current governance/organization, clinical programs, facilities, and care delivery models in light of our thinking regarding the future of children's health care.
