KSA serves a broad cross-section of the physician practice sector, from the large multi-specialty clinics, to academic faculty practice plans, to the emerging single and multi-specialty health system networks. While we tend to focus on the larger physician groups, we have also served smaller practices in selected areas of expertise. Our practice philosophy is to provide our expertise in those areas where we have differentiated knowledge: business strategy and practice development, financial organization and funds flow, diagnostic and treatment service ventures, network strategy, facility planning, and information systems planning. We do not have expertise, nor do we provide advice, on how best to practice medicine.

Since many of our physician practice clients are either closely affiliated with a hospital, hospital systems, medical schools, or all of the above, we have developed strong capabilities in the areas of organizational relationships, affiliations, and the governance and manpower interfaces between these entities.
